Course Description

Community World Service Asia, with the support of Bread for the World (Brot für die Welt), has supported the development of this digital course to equip humanitarian and development practitioners with the knowledge, tools, and mindsets needed to embed quality, accountability, and safeguarding at the heart of their work, not as compliance obligations, but as lived commitments. Designed especially for civil society professionals, field officers, monitoring and evaluation practitioners, safeguarding leads, and organizational leaders, the course blends character-based storytelling, survivor testimonials, and real-world scenarios drawn from humanitarian contexts across Pakistan. Through six dynamic modules, learners explore the foundational principles of building an organizational culture where accountability and safeguarding are embedded in every hire, every conversation, and every decision.
